Treasury & Insurance Staff - Finance
 
Responsibilities:

Process activities pertaining cash management for day to day company operations, such as : Cash Forecast, Cash Call, Cash Administration, Transfer Payment process and Bank Reporting.
Process verification, quality control and accuracy for company's cash management activities.
Maintain communication to company's Bank and Owners related to banking matters and others information.
Manage all matters pertaining to insurance of property/ asset and liability and ensure that all company's property and assets is well protected.
Provide advice and expertise in matters related to insurance and ensure that respective end users staff are well-informed on some significant aspects of insurance.
Represent VICO Indonesia in dealing with Insurance Companies and third parties in matters pertaining to insurance.
 
Requirements:

S1 in Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75, S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas with particular exposure in Cash Management and Insurance.
Computer literate with special knowledge in excel spreadsheet.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
