Job Vacancy in Coal Mining Company

 

We are coal mining company with concessions in South Sumatera. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking for some professionals to fulfill some vacant positions as follows:

1. Foreman
Qualifications:
- Male, maximum 40 years old.
- Having minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry and
in same position (as Foreman).

Responsibilities:
- Taking control of all coal mining activities.

2. Hauling Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male, age between 30-45 years old.
- Having minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry and
2 years in same position (as Hauling Supervisor).
- Preferably having experience as coal mining Foreman.
- Having knowledge in coal mining activities.
- Able to adapt and cooperate with local people.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat (South Sumatera) with Point of
Hire (POH) location in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate hauling activities and create all report that
correlate with hauling activities.

3. Project Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Male, age between 35-45 years old.
- Having minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry and
2 years in same position (as Project Coordinator).
- Having knowledge in maintenance management of mining
equipment, its supporting tools, and mining process which
comply with good mining practices.
- Having both technical and non technical skills of HSE
(Health, Safety and Environmental) which comply with good
mining practices.
- Having good skills in cost control and cost analysis and also
reported record of financing accurately.
- Capable to build and manage team in order to achieve
company's target.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan with Point of Hire
(POH) location in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility and manage project for development,
implementation, monitoring, control all working plans, policies,
and activities in order to comply with standard industry practices
and SHE policies.
