Responsibilities:

• Expertise of all product knowledge
• Handling complain and request
• Good in personality traits
• Report to Customer Relation Leader

Requirements:

·      Male/ Female with maximum age 28 years

·      Graduated from D 3/ S-1, Fresh Graduated are welcome

·      English is a must both oral & written

·      Computer literature, min. Ms Word, Excel

·      Management sense, good personality, good communication, fast learner & having analysis ability

·      Willing to work under pressure, hard working and good team working
