IT Field Engineer

*. Male Max 25 Year old
*. STM/SMK/D1/D3 Graduate Programs Computer / IT
*. Minimum 1 years Information Technology experience
*. Willing to work shift, Honest, Tough, Like a challenge and Leadership
*. Having knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC Support, PABX and peripheral troubleshooting.
*. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
*. Experience on technical support or customer service will be an advantage
*. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
*. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
*. Log all help desk interactions
*. Redirect problems to appropriate resource
*. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
*. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
*. stay current with system information, changes and updates


Admin Staff and Call Center Agent

* Female age max 25 years
* D1/D3 majoring in administration / IT / Secretary
* Minimum 1 years experience
* Female, attractive appearance.
* Good looking, energetic, high motivated and customer oriented.
* Mastering MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Having knowledge in the field of administration
* Have confidence, initiative, meticulous, disciplined and highly motivated
* Have the ability to communicate well
* able to work hard both in team and individual
* respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
* redirect problems to appropriate resource
* prepare activity reports
* log all help desk interactions
