years. For supporting our expansion, we urgently require qualified,
professional and highly motivated candidates to join our winning team
for following position :
Head of Project Development Department (HPD)
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project development from contract awarding to
end of commisioning period.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communicatins documents.
Effectively communicate project expestations to team members and
stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
etc.
Requirements:
Male, 35 - 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Civil
Engineering or Mine Engineering.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Willing to travel
Experience in coal mining industry is a must.
Good leadership skill
Able to work in under pressure
Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills
preferably having POP
