URGENTLY REQUIRED

1.IT Helpdesk Supervisor


Qualifications:
 
1. Have min, 7 Years Experience in Supervising
2. Have MCSA/MCSE ( Microsoft Certified System Administrator/ Microsoft Certified System Engineer) on Windows Server 2000/2003
3. Mastering : Windows XP/7/Server, MS-Office Application, MS- Exchange and PC/Laptop Trouble-shooting of hardware and software.
4. Knowledge : Linux Operation System, LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Internet & Intranet, Computer Application, Network Security, Database System, CCTV     System,Audio/Video Conference system, Mobile Devices Platform, and Access Control System.
5. Have Training / course certificate
6. Good English Communication Skill (Oral & Written), Good Listening Skills and Good Documentation Skills to prepare reports.
7. Good Communication Skill, Composure
8. Can remain cool under pressure and Forthrightness has Ability to be honest either to tell bad or good news to other (Confident).
9. Loyalti : Passion for technology

2. Senior IT Helpdesk Support


Qualifications:
 
1. Have min. 5 Years Experience in IT Helpdesk
2. Knowledge : Linux Operation System, LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Internet & Intranet, Computer Application, Network Security, Database System, CCTV     System,Audio/Video Conference system, Mobile Devices Platform, and Access Control System, Windows XP/7/Server, MS-Office, MS-Exchenge and     PC/Laptop trouble-shooting of hardware and software.
3. Have training / course certificate
4. Positive attitude and able to work team
5. Good English Communication Skill (Oral & Written), Good Listening Skills and Good Documentation Skills to prepare reports.
6. Can Handle Multi Tasking, Communication Skills, Composure, Forthrightness and Loyalty


3. IT Helpdesk Support


Qualifications:
 
1. Have min. 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk
2. Have Training / Course Certificate
3. Positive attitude and able to work team
4. Knowledge : Linux Operation System, LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Internet & Intranet, Computer Application, Network Security, Database System, CCTV     System, Audio/Video Conference system, Mobile Devices Platform, and Access Control System, Windows XP/7/Server, MS-Office, MS-Exchenge and     PC/Laptop trouble-shooting of hardware and software.
5. Good English Communication Skill (Oral & Written), Good Listening Skills and Good Documentation Skills to prepare reports.
6. Can Handle Multi Tasking, Communication Skills, Composure, Forthrightness and Loyalty.
7. Helpfulness or respond quickly to problem or request and flexibility or adapts quickly to chance.
