PROJECT MANAGER

Type of Contract: Permanent Position

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will manage a team of consultants working in multiple locations. The Project Manager will be responsible for a large portfolio of projects and will manage Project SLAs. This position is for an ex-perienced Project Manager who will work closely with clients mainly in the Telecommunication Sector.

The Project Manager will:

1. Lead and manage a team for a system implementation project

2. Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule

3. Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback

4. Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is deliv-ered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations

5. With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans

6. Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members

7. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Manage re-lationships with all suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract

8. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and tran-sitions

9. Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes

10. Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor's expectations

11. Responsible for management report, for internal PMO team and also client PMO team.

12. Work together with vendors to deliver the project, and become customer advocate for every things re-lated to project and future engagement.

13. Manage onsite and offsite resources with different background (different culture, country, etc).

 

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in IT large scale system integration project (Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Ware-housing, DB Migration, Security, etc)

2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences in project management

3. Strong communication skills, equally adept at people, business management and MS Project.

4. Skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, prob-lem solving and conflict management.

5. PMP Certified is preferable

6. Excellent skills in work plan management, management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources

7. Proven ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources

8. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

9. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa and English

10. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

11. Preferable has been working in IT consulting with similar role

12. Has deliver implementation project with multimillion value

Responsibilities and Qualification

§  Work will consist of a visual inspection of each device:

§  Instrumentation:  Transmitters, switches, thermocouples and other measuring and control devices, Electrical:  Motors, Relays, meters, drives, Mechanical:  Pumps, conveyors, cranes, etc.

§  Candidates must be familiar enough with device to determine correct installation and readiness for commissioning.

§  Information about each device will be recorded in the Work Package such as Make, Model, Mfg. Serial #, Specs

§  Construction completeness will also be recorded in the Work Package such as:  Installation complete, tagging and wire labeling complete, grounding, terminations, damage, missing items etc.

§  Any items of concern (deficiencies) will be recorded in the work package to be reported at the end of the day

§  Supervision during the day will be by the Commissioning team

§  Contract 3 Month

1.    PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry

·         Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

·         Able to work under pressure

·         Able to work within flexible hours

Responsibility :

·         Manage Business Development and commercial processes including tendering process and contract negotiation

·         Participate in development of marketing, business plans, and strategy implementation

·         Identify market opportunities and responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts

·         Responsible in the design and execution of the sales plan

·         Lead a team in exceeding revenue and sales productivity plans

·         Review customers’ needs and develop appropriate solutions which will entail close collaboration with other Sales entities

 

2.    PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry

·         Able to work within flexible hours

3.    LEAD PIPING /  PIPELINE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Minimum S1 from reputable university bachelor of mechanical / metallurgy engineering

·         Minimum 10 years working experience in piping design for onshore and offshore facility in oil & gas Project

·         Have been involved in EPCI Project is preferable

·         Familiar with regulation, code and standard in oil & gas industry

·         Familiar with related discipline engineering software : CAESAR, etc

·         A Team player and have capable to coordinate an supervise  Jr. piping engineers and design personnel and interface with other engineering discipline

 

4.    LEAD  STRUCTURE  ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Minimum S1 from reputable University, bachelor of Mechanical or Civil  Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience in design and analysis for structure offshore facilities
Familiar with regulation, code and standard in oil & gas Industry
Familiar with related discipline engineering software : SACS. Etc
Fluent in English ( Writing & Speaking )

 

 

5.    LEAD INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Qualifications :

Minimum S1 from reputable University, bachelor in Physics Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience
Experience in in the Oil & Gas industry; Concept and FEED studies, detail engineering, and a possible follow through of the discipline all the way into Construction and Commissioning
Familiar with international/industry codes and standards (e.g. ISA. API, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NEC etc.) related to instrument and control
Knowledgeable with the principal aspects of the design and maintenance of instrument and control include SIS (Safety Instrumented System) , PCS (Process Control System), FGS (Fire & Gas System), Fiscal Flow Metering Package, Machinery Control System , Skid package Control System , Pneumatic Control System , Well Head Control System, Analyzer and all pneumatic / electronic / Hydraulic field instrumentations (Transmitters , Valves ,Fire Gas detectors, Switches and transducers).
A strong tie with Process and Electrical Engineering is preferable.
A team player, proactive in an Engineering and Construction environment.
A willingness to travel (for FAT’s and site visits) is mandatory.

 

6.    LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications :

Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor in Electrical Power  Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience

Responsibility :

·                            Review  electrical calculation (Load List, Voltage Drop, Cable Sizing, Cathocic Protection, etc

·                            Review electrical data sheet (Switch gear, mcc, tranformer, distribution, panel, etc.

·                            Review  electrical specification (switchgear, mcc, electrical, power cekle, Generator, etc.)

·                            Review the material Take – off (MTO)

·                           Pre- Commissioning

·                          Commissioning
