E & I QA/QC Inspector
Responsibilities and Qualification
§ Work will consist of a visual inspection of each device:
§ Instrumentation: Transmitters, switches, thermocouples and other measuring and control devices, Electrical: Motors, Relays, meters, drives, Mechanical: Pumps, conveyors, cranes, etc.
§ Candidates must be familiar enough with device to determine correct installation and readiness for commissioning.
§ Information about each device will be recorded in the Work Package such as Make, Model, Mfg. Serial #, Specs
§ Construction completeness will also be recorded in the Work Package such as: Installation complete, tagging and wire labeling complete, grounding, terminations, damage, missing items etc.
§ Any items of concern (deficiencies) will be recorded in the work package to be reported at the end of the day
§ Supervision during the day will be by the Commissioning team
§ Contract 3 Month
§ Salary open Negotiable
