KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identify safety and environmental hazard that may arise during the fabrication, installation and use of temporary work. Design the temporary works to reduce to as low as reasonably practicable such safety and environmental hazard
Cary out temporary work design in accordance with the appropriate requirement of the bids or project
Select, train, develop and coordinate engineering staff
Conduct engineering reviews of contract in progress
Prepare engineering documentation and presentation material for pre-qualification, bids and project
Specify inspection and testing requirement for temporary work fabrication and installation
Prepare relevant Construction Execution Procedure (CEP’S) for project personnel and for submission to the client
Ensure Project close out reports adequately address all historical relevant technical matters
Provide support to projects on construction  (Temporary and permanent woks)detail including drawing and technical documentation as required
Selection, coordination and direction of external engineering and consultant for bids and project

 

COMPETENCIES

Relevant tertiary qualification

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry with significant exposure to design, costing, estimating and planning
Demonstrates capability in development of innovative concept for solutions to technical, complex issues
Competent understanding of Australian and International codes and standards and risk and contingency assessment
Self-sufficient, requiring minimal supervision with focus of pragmatic, technically sound, acceptable result
Strong oral and written presentation ability linked with sound relationship and integrity record
Competent in leading, organizing and motivating others
Competent in use of Ms. Office, SureTrak, AutoCAD, Lotuss Notes

Project Brief:
Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical (NSRP) LLC is the development of a new refinery with associated loading and offloading facility at Nghi Son, in the Thanh Hoa Province approximately 200 km South of Hanoi.
 
Associated with the new plant there will be a SPM to provide tanker mooring and offloading operation to import the crude oil through the
proposed offshore pipelines. The offloading SPM system is located approximately 35 km offshore in 27 m water depth.
 
A twin 48 inch pipeline configuration will transport the crude oil from the proposed SPM to the plant storage area. Crude oil from tankers will be
discharged through the SPM to the pipelines running towards the plant. Pipelines will be buried along their total length to protect them from environmental loads and human activities.
 
Responsibilites

The work scope consists of the following: -
Review of project specifications and drawings
Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for the Marine Package C
Process design for the onshore pigging facilities
Hydraulic surge analysis for the import crude oil pipelines
Provide technical supports for the execution phase of the project for pipelines, PLEM and  SPM system

Senior Financial Analyst
The candidate should at least have a bachelor degree in Accounting with 5 + years of experience as a Financial Analyst (inclusive of budgeting and reporting within the Finance and Accounting division for PSC), preferably in upstream oil & gas exploration-production company.

Scopes of Work :
Plan, coordinate, implement, analyze and control all aspects of PSC & JV financial and management reporting and budgeting, Monitoring fixed assets and material inventories to ensure compliance with JOA, PSC, SKK Migas regulations, and Indonesia IFRS.

Skill:

Possesses a strong knowledge in PSC accounting and IFRS
