Customer Relation Management (CRM) Staff

Reporting to General Manager of Marketing, the CRM Staff is responsible formanaging the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on day-to-day basis. Policing of company data, ensuring data is correct across accounts,contacts, and opportunities. Develop management and productivity reports.Identifies opportunities for service and program improvement. Identifiesprogram or service strengths, weaknesses and financial impact.Develops special reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Age maximum 30 years old, Bachelor Degree in Marketing is preferableA minimum 2 years of experience in CRM Agency
Strong knowledge in CRM activities and program
Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills.
Strong in customer analysis, networking and marketing campaign.
Good English verbal and written skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as a team.
