Review organization structure & job description
Review Key Performance Indicator and PMS process
Assist in corporate culture design & implementation
Assist in competency development & implementation
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably has also experience in business unit

Developing Talent Management concept
Evaluating career path and succession planning based on competency-based assessment
Assisting the implementation of knowledge management

Preferably 2 years experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Familiar with project management or quality system
