The Company:
A global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company is seeking a Certification Manager

The Role:
Certification (CER) Manager implements the Business Unit of Certification's objectives and strategy for a country, as defined by the CCE / RCE and aligned with the Business Unit Leadership Group’s strategy. Locally develop, define and communicate Company’s vision and action, objectives and strategy for the market segment.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• At least 10 years experience as a manager or commercial manager in Indonesia
• Strong business development experience with special focus on customer satisfaction and the delivery of professional services
• P&L experience
• Experience managing back office staff in a service industry
• Experience working for a large international organisation
• Experience working with governmental organisations
• Strong network in at least one industry of interest
• Demonstrated high level of independence and personnel initiative
• If working for CER industry, good knowledge on new certification services in food, palm oil and forestry in particular
• Perfect English communication skills with international exposure
