To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions
HR GENERALIST (Code HRG)
Responsible for day to day HR administration activities covering recruitment, HRIS, remuneration survey, compensation administration and other. The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment, salary & benefit administrations, HRIS and development of HR Data base. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP 4.7 System will be an advantage. Mature, having experience in planning & organizing, good presentation skills, strong leadership and good decision maker.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills & Team player
Good HSE Awareness and trustworthy
Willing to take Overseas Assignment
