Primary Role
Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:
· Perform high level project management work relating to Contracts, as assigned by a General Manager.

· Review clients, subcontractors or suppliers project variation or extension of time requests and manage the cost, time and quality implications of any such request to achieve a favorable outcome for QDC.
· Apply continuous improvement processes to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures associated with projects containing existing or new or multiple technologies.

Responsibilities:

Plan the production schedule based on customer needs and available capacity.

standards
Identify potential improvements and operational improvement through

Lead continous improvements on an ongoing basis to achive a more

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)
from reputable universities
Hands on and managerial experience at least 7 years in an operation /
manufacturing of related chemical industries (preferably from ink,
paint, colorant industries)
Familiar with six sigma and continous improvement methodologies / tools
Strong leadership and energizing people skills as well as having good
attention into details
Has a change management capability
Good command both in written and verbal English
