Legal Officer PT Commerce Finance

 

lowongan sebagai Legal Officer di Perusahaan Pembiayaan:

 

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal Due Diligence.

• Analyzing/reviewing agreement/contract, drafting agreements/contract

• Developing good relationship with Banks, Government Institution, notary etc

• Providing legal opinion/advise/audit

• Preparing letter of authority

• Managing legal documents

• Negotiation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in notary is required for this position.

• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent especially in Legal Drafter.

• Having experience in preparing General Meeting of Shareholder or EGMS (RUPS/RUPSLB), BOD/C Meeting

• Having advocate license is an advantage

• 1 Full-Time positions available.
