HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Responsibilities : The HR Manager originates and leads Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues

Requirements :
•Bachelor Degree, with max age of 38
•Proven ability in management and leadership, with experiences in handling teams with various background
•Having knowledge of the principles, policies, procedures, and regulations of personnel management, employee relations, and human resource development
•Having experience in recruitment, training, and compensation benefit area
•Min 2 years experience as HR Manager or 4
•Deep knowledge of competency model, development, curriculum, and learning model
