Our client is an American direct selling company which develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements. They were founded in 1984 and began its first international operation in Canada in 1990. One year later, the company began operations in Asia with the opening of Hong Kong. Distributor Support Representative

Job Summary:
To ensure that all Distributor Services related duties, such as order processing, resolve inquiries from Distributors and various application processing can be handled smoothly with smile, accuracy, speed, efficiency and professional service attitude while keeping the Company’s policies and procedures in place.
Performance Standards and Expectations:

Process local and international orders from Distributors (walk-in, phone-in, e-mail, fax-in, mail-in, SMS).
All basic order support reports must be dealt with daily in order to ensure all orders processed are fully and accurately paid.
Effectively handles calls/ queries from Distributor on aspects of the order, i.e. Distributor Rules & Regulations, product information, compensation plan, qualification requirements, sales events, etc.
Able to handle general complaints and follows the escalation/ complaints procedure guidelines for all instances of Distributor contact where a complaint occurs
Handles accurately and on a time all administration associated with the following: Distributor Application, Product Purchasing Agreement, ARO, ARO amendment, GSDAI, Refunds, Exchange, resignations, changes to Distributor Records, e.g. name, address, etc.
Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested and required.
Ensure all other related activities (including various company’s functions) as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
To treat all confidential information properly and not to share with Distributor and outside parties

Minimum Qualifications:

·         University degree or D3 graduates, fresh graduates are open to apply
·         Able to communicate in English and Bahasa
·         Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a team player
·         Ability to work in flexible working hours
·         Honest, as involves hard cash and credit card information
·         Ability to provide customer services and resolve problems under the company’s guidelines
·         Able to apply Microsoft Office
·         Well groom and manner
