HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Responsible for HR duties includes full spectrum of HR Management :

Organizational Development, HR Procedures & Process, Performance Management, Company Policy, Compensation & Benefit, HR Database Management, Industrial Relations, Coaching, Counseling & Management Reports.



Requirements:

Min. 35 years old / Max. 42 years old

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience as HR Corporate Manager

Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.



PROPERTY MANAGER


Requirements:

Ages 35 - 45 years old

Magister Or Bachelor degree from reputable university major in civil engineering or architecture

Have experience at least 5 years as Property Manager

Excellence to coordinate and organize parties outside the company and all personnel team in divison

Master the property management and project management

Have good ability to control the functions of finance, cash flow, division activity and project expenditures in the budget

Proficient in english & computer literate

Excellence in communication skills & leadership



Finance Manager



Requirements:

Female, Max. 40 years old

Min. Bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring Finance / Accountancy min. GPA 3,00

At least 5 years of working experiences as Finance Manager

Good understanding and experience in implementing the SAP system

Preferably managers specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance or equivalent. Job role in Treasury / Corporate Finance or equivalent

Experience in handling full set of account, developing a finance department and providing financial control

Have a strong leadership capacity and possess ability to develop and motivate subordinates



Brand Activation & Implementation Manager


Requirements:

Age between 30 - 40 years old

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Political science or equivalent with min. GPA 3,00

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in F&B Marketing or Brand Management

Have good ability to create concept and manage of brand activation & implementation

Strong ability in effective communication skill, especially in negotiation and Marketing Strategy Presentation

Have analytical skill, interpersonal skill, and able to work under pressure

Fluent in English both oral and written, computer literate



Local Marketing Dept. Head

Requirements:

Age max. 35 years old

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree Any major

Have strong ability to think conceptually and analytically

Able to formulate the concept of promotion and implementation of marketing programs

Have experience min. 2 years as a Supervision / Dept. Head of Local Marketing at F&B company



Transportation & Distribution Dept. Head


Requirements:

Able to make and do preventive maintenance program

Requirements:

Talent Management Officer


Requirements:

Max. 35 years old

Advance business degree with concentration in Human Resources or organizational Development

Minimum 3 years of experience in related position.

Having knowledge on integrated Talent Management processes and experience designing sound Talent Management strategies and business processes.

Cross-disciplinary Talent Management domain expertise - experience in 3 or more of the following areas : Recruiting, Competencies, Talent Assessments, Succession Management,

Performance Management, Developing Planning, Compensation, and Learning Management.

Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects.
