A four star MICE hotel at Serang- Banten, urgently needed General Manager with the following requirements :

Male, age max. 40 years old
Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
Having min 5-10 years experience as Manager in 3 or 4 star hotel
Analytical and conceptual skill
Experienced in Budget and Project Management
Excellent in communication and presentation Skill
Self motivation and target oriented
Possess a leadership skills to create a team spirit.
Good written and spoken in English
Willing to stay at Serang-Banten
