Receptionist [code: Rec]

Responsibilities:

*     Greets and assists all visitors to the intended staff in a courteous and professional manner
*     Answers and routes incoming telephone calls. Takes and distributes messages appropriately  and in a timely manner
*     Record all incoming visitor and purpose of the visit
*     Handling all incoming letter and distribute in a timely manner
*     Coordinates with couriers for receiving and dispatch to enable timely deliveries.  Collections and distribution of postal mailRequirements:

*     Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent.
*     At least 1 year of working experience as a receptionist is required for this position.
*     Good looking and pleasant personality
*     Good communication skills
*     A strong command of English, both oral and written
