RECEPTIONIST – TOMANG, JAKARTA BARAT
To answer a phone call in a pleasant and professional manner and direct calls to their destination without delay
To maintain an accurate and up to date internal telephone directory
To ensure that all messages are passed on to personnel who are out of the office or passed to an appropriate delegate
To greet visitors in a cheerful and polite manner. Ensure they see the person with whom the appointment has been made. If unable to do so, take a message or arrange for someone else in the Department to see the visitor
To request that all visitors sign the appropriate Visitor's Book in Reception
To open, log and distribute incoming mail, documents and making sure it is delivered to the appropriate person. If any item of mail is marked "Urgent", promptly contact addressee and deliver by hand when possible. Do not open mail marked "Private" and/or "Confidential"
To make outgoing mail, small packages ready for collection, choosing the appropriate mailing service (recorded delivery, courier, office helper, etc)
To make sure that the Reception area is clean and tidy at all times and that it is welcoming place for visitors to wait in (not too noisy, cold etc)
To ensure all hand delivered documents are logged and distributed accordingly
To perform any admin related duties as required
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 1 or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Communication Skill, English Proficiency, Telephone Ettiquette, Admin Duties.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Must be able to operate a variety of internal and external telephone systems and mailing.
Must be able to coordinate with the appropriate mailing service.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Candidate lives at West Jakarta area.
