Our client Contractor Civil and Architect in Jakarta is seeking for : Estimator, Architect Hotel and Project Manager

   

Requirement

ESTIMATOR

* Bachelor Degree from S1 / any reputable University

* Experience min 3-5 years experience in the same position

* Fluent in English

* Good computer literate

* Location : Denpasar – Bali

* Job type : Contract

ARCHITECT HOTEL

* Bachelor Degree from Architect Engineer S1 / any reputable  

  University

* Experience min 5 years experience in the same position  

* Fluent in English and

* Computer literate

* Location : Denpasar – Bali

* Job type  : Contract

PROJECT MANAGER  

General Requirement :

* Minimum bachelor degree of any engineering background

* Minimum 10 years of multi-disciplinarily design engineering        

   experience in the oil & gas    

   industry, encompassing conceptual designs and FEED through to

   detailed design and  

   brown field engineering modifications

* Experience team leader with a proven track record of performance  

   improvement

* Excellent communication in both written and spoken in Bahasa

   Indonesia and English

* Computer literate

* Location : Denpasar – Bali

The key purpose of the role is to continually improve the project management in terms  

of:

* Efficient and effective allocation of resources to projects to meet the  

   schedule requirements of customers

* Preparing and implementing project strategic/ execution plan and

   control (e.g.) planning and scheduling, cost/ change control, progress

   measurement and reporting status, etc.)

* Coordinating and conducting review of the project with the

   engineering team and  

   CLIENT on a timely basis to ensure proper coordination

* Monitoring and controlling Engineering Change Control

* Monitoring CLIENT feedbacks/ complaints and ensures that action

  has been taken in  

  timely and effective manner

* Tracking and directing the preventive and corrective action process

   and follow up  

   activities

* Coordination and planning, organizing and directing the activities of

   Discipline Leader

* Coordination of interface between disciplines

* Assigning priorities to Discipline Leaders

* Ensuring consistent application of the ISO 9001:2000 certified

   management system design practice and customer requirements.

* Ensuring that the relevant design codes, standards and methods are     consistently applied.

* Applying management leadership, commitment and behaviour

   towards SHEQ

* To ensure safe working practices are applied by all Engineering

   personnel
