Position: MIS Application Support Supervisor - PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia
Responsibilities:
•Lead the application team in supporting user using Oracle EBS R12 application (Finance and Distribution modules), and other additional business applications
•Troubleshooting and issue resolution
•Assisting users in using the applications include train the user on how to use the applications
•Assuring SDLC is well implemented
•Managing 3rd party in maintaining business applications
Requirements:
•Male,
•Age max 35 years old
•Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or has relevant experience and certifications
•At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
•Having good competencies and experience in system analysis and programming
•Having technical competencies and experience in database design, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
•Familiar with business process of Oracle EBS Financial (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and distribution (INV, ONT, PO)
•Proficient in english both spoken and written
•Good teamwork, analytical thinking, customer service orientation, and having high achievement motivation
•Having knowledge in Project Management, SDLC, and IT compliance matter
