One of leading Oil and Gas Company in Indonesia looking for young and energetic professional to join us in our Jakarta office, to have a career in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Area.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our company as : CLERK COST CONTROL.

The position is contract base.


Clerk Cost Control to Finance and Accounting


Principal Duties:

·           Report to Superintendent of Cost Control, Department of Finance and Accounting.

·           to provide Superintendent of cost control with accurate financial information on project costs and revenues ensuring that project performance reporting has integrity as is aligned with the financial ledgers and accounting policies of the Group.

·           The role requires rigorous cost control techniques to be applied to ensure costs are managed within budgets and approved bid values.

·           Role of Budgeting, consists of :

·         Assist Controller to prepare annual budget through Work Program & Budget (WP&B) which is mainly figured as presented in Exploration and Development Expenditure (BS_4), General Administration Expenditure (BS_11).

·         Assist Controller to prepare budget revision after half year budget execution through WP&B Revision

·           Role of Monitoring, consists of:

·         Assist Controller to prepare monitoring report of  projects spending  ( details of approved budget, revision made, completion of job, and  actual spending as generally reported in Schedule 15 of Financial Quarterly Report)

·         Control spending of projects through AFE to be in line with PP 79 (now updated as PP 79 Revision) regarding considerations on cost recovery mechanism

·         Maintain general & Administration cost center for proper recording

·         Determine the budget exceeded for further process.

·         Monitoring update Facilities & Movable (as per request)

·           Role of Reporting, consists of:

·         Support financial explanation for actual spending of projects and provide objective evidence for inquiries from SKKMIGAS

·         Prepare budget monitoring (report 15) through Financial Quarterly Report (FQR)

·         Prepare monthly drilling schedule (Accrual & Actual)

·           Role of Administration, consists of:

·         Maintain AFE original approved by SKKMIGAS in database include approval and correspondence

·         Upload budget per line schedule 19 & 20 and header info for AFE Development/Exploration

·         Validity of local & group currency in the system

·         Maintain journal voucher and AFE document

·         Check AFE data (numbering refer to our register, amount, plan period to be spent, attachment)

·         Maintain the Approval verbal & formal (SKK Migas), approved schedule SKK Migas, correspondence

·         Assist Controller in preparing the report for budget supplement of Internal Authorize for Expenditures (IAFE)

·         Update Facilities & Movable (as per request)

·         Interface with internal customers



ü  Minimum D3 Degree in any major from reputable public or private university.  

ü  GPA minimum of 3.00.  

ü  Preferrable having experience in similar position or similar responsibilities.

ü  Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)

ü  Enjoy examine detailed information, able to work under pressure and to learn fast, painstakingly careful and accurate, and have good interpersonal skill.
