1. Generate a salary scale.
2. Remuneration benchmarking at similar industries.
3. Create a benefit systems i.e. relocation allowance, mission allowance, site allowance, shift allowance, and so on.
4. Prepare an analysis prior to salary adjustment.
5. Anticipating minimum wage increment.
