Requirements:

Candidate must be graduate from Metallurgy (ITB, UPN or UNJANI are preferred)
Having knowledge about mineral processing and extractive metallurgy
Having knowledge about design and implementation for necesarry measurement regarding mineral processing and metallurgy

PROJECT MANAGER - LAMONGAN

Qualifications :
1. Minimum bachelor degree with minimum 10 (ten) years working
experience in complex dang intergrated logistics management for oil &
gas, or mining, or manufacturing industry, or Diploma with minimum 15
(fifteen) years working experience in complex and integrated logistics
management for oil & gas/mining/manufacturing industry.
2. Have at least 3 (three) years in world class project experience as
Project Manager in such related field.
3. Understand and be able to lead strategic logistics and continuous
improvement philosophies as they apply across the work.
4. Familiar with logistics and materials management concepts and
activities and be able to set and implement a "best in class"
programme.
5. Be a leader in HSSE Standars and provide direction in line with
the Contractors's Safety Management System (CSMS).
6. Must have excellent communications skills in English dan Bahasa
Indonesia both spoken and written.

HSE COACH - LAMONGAN

Qualifications :
1. Formal HSE Qualification (Internationally recognised preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of 'Hands On' operational HSE experience
specifically in offshore, Drilling environment or offshore Supply
base.
3. Conversant with all aspects of Lifting Operations associated with
Drilling Operations.
4. Control & Management of Lifting Equipment and Lifting Operations etc.
5. Conversant with Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) Marine Operations.
6. Knowledge of Government of Indonesia Legislation, related to
Health, Safety &
7. Environment in an offshore drilling setting is preferred.
8. Demonstrable ability to work with personnel at various levels
within the organization and across a variety of cultures.
9. Computer literate.
10. Self-motivated and able to act on own initiative.
11. Must have excellent communications skill in Bahasa and English
both spoken and written.

Qualifications :
1. Competency and training requirement for personnel supporting
lifting operations are specified in AsPAC APC-000-PRC-OP-20002.
2. Roles & responsibilities of personnel supporting lifting
