With tested quality, MAKITA is specially designed for its user's comfort.    Recruitment Staff Responsibilities:    * Assisting for whole recruitment process and HR administration    * Provide professional expertise in recruitment, training as well in      general function    * To be responsible as recruiter of engineering and delivery      function vacant position    * Will be handled the reporting of recruitment progress, report      daily to end users    * Qualified to conduct psychological test and interview session    * To support the administration of training function Requirements:    * Male/ Female, max 26 years old    * Min. 2 years experience in similar field    * S1 Psychology    * At least 1 year experience in the same field    * Familiar with whole recruitment matters from the beginning until      end process    * Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools      (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method    * Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive      in fast-paced    * Computer & English literate    * Able to work under pressure independently or with team *Please send your Complete CV and Photograph to : hrd@atlantik.co.id or By Pos to : Jl.
