SECRETARY
Role and Responsibility
Assisting GM to conduct all company's administration activities in a professional way and:
To optimize the GM's time efficiently by arranging meeting, mission, schedules and calls.
To prepare a minutes of meeting and distributed on time
To guarantee the efficiency of the document retrieval system for the Department.
To contribute and maintain a good working environment within the Company.
To filling & guarantee the security of all confidential documents of the Company.
To ensure all required reports / presentations are provided on time and in a professional manner.
Requirements
Female, maximum age 27 years old.
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Secretary.
Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary
Computer Literate (e.g MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
Conversant in both spoken and written English.
Able to organize and coordinate office's activities, compose correspondence, perform independent research of various office and technical issues.
To establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with other departments and those contacted in the course of work.
Attractive and pleasant personality, smart, pro-active and strong interpersonal skill.
