The qualification for this job are :
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field
2. At least 3 years experiences as a trainer
3. Ages less than 30 years
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good in delivering training program
6. Enjoy teaching and training
7. Having some business sense will be an advantageous
