Human Resources Departement Staff (HRD Staff)
Located : Karawaci
Requirement :
- Male/Female, Min. 28 years old;
- must have 5 years experience in Personnel Administration and Labor Relation;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with Min. GPA. 3.00;
- Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation, Including Recruitment, Counseling & General Affairs;
- Have a minimum 5 years experience working in HR department;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skill;
- Good filling skill and familiar with administrative job;
- able to keep in crusial document and information;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as a team work;
- Strong Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills;
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, initiative and independent;
- Able to work under pressure, fast learner, hard worker, excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and be multi - tasking;
