Organization Development Executive

We are on of the 5 biggest local pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. Currently we are looking for young and dynamic candidate to join us as Organization Development Executive.

Job requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree from psychology, management, or information technology
2. Min. 2 years experience in Human Resources area will be an advantage
3. Understand Performance Management System
   
4. Understand Advanced Excel and MS Access program will be an advantage
