Terminal Manager - South Kalimantan

Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage and operate the facility within budget while continuously improving its performance
  • Ensure continuous stock availability to meet monthly demand
  • Ensure an efficient delivery system for Shell products that is consistent with Company's Health Safety Environment policies and ensure maximum economic advantage to Shell
  • To control and motivate Haulier & drivers to ensure fulfillment of all deliveries that will meet customers' requirements
  • Ensure that all worksite equipments, transport, power units are properly maintained to achieve optimum availability, reliability and asset integrity
  • Team work with other Business Units, contractors, etc
  • Involve in Terminal audit and other operations excellent initiatives


Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university or Marine School
  • 5 years' of working experience (with some exposure within Multi-National Company environment)
  • Bulk depot and road transport operations experience desired
  • Working knowledge of fleet operations is a must 
  • Good communication, management and leadership skills required
  • Ability to respond appropriately to immediate situations/emergencies would be essential
  • Residing in the relevant city/willing to be based within the South Kalimantan region
  • Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position
