Esco is recruiting the best people for our Bintan (Kepulauan Riau) office:

 

1.    HR Officer

 

Responsibilities:

·         Assist the HR team in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services

·         Handle HR administration work, provide support and advise to employees as required

·         Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HRM database and confidential personal files

·         Plan, develop, manage and administer training programs for employees

·         Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees

·         Assist in payroll processes

 

Requirements:

 

·         At least 1 year experience in HR, preferably in training

·         Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, manpower regulations, etc)

·         Good command in written and spoken English

·         IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·         Meticulous, organized with an eye for details

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude

·         Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

·         Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

 

 

 

2.    Accounting Payroll

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Handle full set of accounts; co-ordinate and ensure monthly closing with stipulated deadlines

·         Manage and ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies

·         Responsible for monthly payroll calculation including PPh 21, overtime, absenteeism, bonus, etc

·         Responsible for updating employee status and handling claims related to Jamsostek

·         Responsible for handling petty cash

·         Any other duties assigned

 

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor degree in Accounting

·         At least 2 years working experience in related fields

·         Good knowledge in overall accounting system

·         Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

·         Meticulous and attention to details

·         Excellent numerical skill

·         Excellent in spoken and written English. Ability in Mandarin is a plus

·         Computer literate, esp in Excel

·         Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
