We are inviting highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidates to join a well-established International Retail Brand Company to fill in the following positions :
 
 
SENIOR HR GENERALIST MANAGER
 
Responsibilities:
·          Organizing and managing store sales force development including store staff recruitment, in house training and store staff development
Requirements:
·           Male/Female around 30-35 years old
·           Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
·           Have at least 5-7 years working experiences in managing the above key functions (especially in recruitment and training) with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
·          Posses deep knowledge in recruitment, people development, training and also the ability to implement various innovative ways to build integrative system development
·           Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
·           Excellent communication in English both oral and written
 
 
JUNIOR HR GENERALIST MANAGER
 
Responsibilities:

·         Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
·          Have at least 2-3 years working experiences in managing the above key functions (especially in recruitment and training) with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
·         Posses deep knowledge in recruitment, people development and also ability to implement various innovative ways to build integrative system development
·          Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill Excellent communication in English both oral and written
 
SENIOR HR INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER
 
Responsibilities
 
·             To be responsible for  implementing industrial labor relations programs and informing the new regulation to the employee.
 
Requirements:
 
·          Male / Female, with maximum age 35 years old
·          S1 Degree majoring in any discipline, preferably from Law/ Psychology
·          Have at least 5-7 years related experiences in managing Industrial Relation with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
·          Have comprehensive knowledge about Employment & Labor Law and understand how to handle Industrial Relation
·          Dynamic, creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
·          Have a good personality and interpersonal skill, with excellent communication, and capability in working individually or with others.
 
 
PRODUCT CATEGORY MANAGER (PCM)
 
Responsibilities:
·             To be responsible for the sales, gross profit, brand profitability which given the best return to the company and focused on alignment for all function.
 
Requirements :
 
·              Male/Female, preferred age max 35 years old
·              Min S1 in any discipline (preferably in marketing)
·              Have knowledge and comprehensive understanding about product management
·              Have min 3 years related experiences (in retail business is an advantage)
·              Strong leadership and analytical thinking
·              Young dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated person
·              Fluent in both written and oral English and computer literate
 
 
CUSTOMER LOYALTY MANAGER (CLM)
 
Responsibilities :
 
·           To be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of Lifestyle Customer Retention Programs to establish Brand and Customer Loyalty
 
Requirements:
·           Male/Female, preferred age around 35 years old
·          Hold a bachelor degree (preferably in marketing) from local or overseas university
·           Having minimum 5 years working experience in the similar position with significant successful track record (especially in cosmetic retail would be an advantages)
·           Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
·           Excellent communication in English both oral and written
