HR Admin Officer for Jakarta Office
Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Studies/Administration/Management with GPA min 3.00
• Female, single, age maximum 22 - 27 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience managing all HR Routine Clerical/Administrative activities, recruitment, training, C&B, general affairs, etc
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Having knowledge in life-cycle recruitment and training functions
• Has experience in psychological tools and assessment system is an advantage
• Handle business travel and hotel arrangements for management
• Having knowledge of filling document
• Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
• Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
• Shows Customer Service Orientation
• Friendly using window application and internet
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, has
good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work as team.
