Qualification and responsibilities:
Male, Maximal : 40 Years
Candidates with minimum 5 years experiences as HRD or Recruitment.
With knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Personnel & Employee Relation, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Relationship with Local Government, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures
Able to provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
Coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and selection process to ensure available human resource in timely manner and meet the required qualifications
To prepare and to manage employees documentation
