Sales & Marketing Manager
(International Business)
Surabaya - Jawa Timur
Role Deliverables :
Position is responsible for P&L of the Tool and Hardware Business for all Exports Sales .
Forecasting and Budgeting
Ø Prepare and Manage Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast for Revnues,Profits,and Marketing Expenses.
Ø Meet or exceed monthly,quarterly and annual revenue and Profit objective.
Ø Coordinate with Planning and Operation for Sales and Operation Planning Process.
Channel Management
Ø Translate Annual and Monthly Forecast into the account level Plans for Domestic and International Markets.
Ø Monitor and Manage the Performance of the Channel Partners.
Ø Expand the distribution Reach in Asia Pacific region through strengthening the distribution network .
Ø Complete the Potential Mapping of the assigned Territory and devise the distribution Strategy to maximize the Market share.
New Product Introduction
Ø Identify new Market segments and help in developing the new Products.
Ø Coordinate with various stake holders and new Product Introduction team for the introducing the new Products.
Marketing and Communication
Ø Create and Execute Annual Integrated Marketing and Communication Plan
Ø Manage advertising agencies for Market Communication, New Product Launches.
Ø Develop the Sales Promotion Plan for Domestic as well International Market
Ø Complete competition analysis and decide the Product Positioning strategy for the new Products and realigning the Product Positioning for the existing Products.
Ø Actively protect and enforce the IPR registered by the company.
Team Management
Ø Develop the KRA for International Sales and Marketing Team.
Ø Monitor the performance of the Team .
Ø Prepare Individual Development Plan for the Sales and Marketing Team
Play the role of coaching and mentoring for the Sales Team
Years of Experience:5-6 years of relevant experience of managing Sales and Marketing, Distribution Management in International Business.
Qualification: University graduate with a professional degree / Master's Degree in Marketing Management will be an added advantage.
Age : 35-40 years
Willingness to travel:-Role requires extensive travel to Asia Pacific and SAARC Countries.
