Our product have already been exported to many countries and the quality is well accepted by our various overseas customers. For Indonesia market we have been as the market leader. We are in search for highly motivated and qualified person with the following qualification to join our team.
Business Development Manager
(Automobile)
Jakarta
Key Rensponsible Areas :
- Develop and executive business plans and strategy buit arround developing the new business growth
- Develop new Markets & opportunities to leverage business competitive advantage
- Initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
- Through new biz development Increase the Sales and the Market Share while maintaining the expectation of the margin
- Market expansion plans on new product launches & strategic growth initiatives
- Design and execute strategy on new markets vis-à-vis auto bunisess strategy
- Identifies technology, growth trends, global competitive factors and forecasts in market segments. Identifies and develops new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.
- Work with other business fucntion to (1) keep abreast of developments in the market place to find potential new business
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to achieve targets
Key Competencies Required to Deliver Expected Results :
- Experience of selling components and sub assemblies on an OEM / Contract Manufacturing / Customer Model
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude
- Possess solid presentation skills and Proficiency in English Commincation
- Entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives
- Market research experience
- Proven ability to lead the team
- Demostrated record of sales growth
- Ability to facilitate the resource cross fucntionally
- Basic Understanding of the Tranmission and engine system
- Ability to speak Japanse will be added advantage
- Exposure to new Product Introduction Process
- Ability of Key Account Planning and Management

Other Requirements :
- S1 in Mechanical – Production – Auotomotive (MBA prefered)
- Experience in Automobile Industry
