Our Client is Consultant Power Plant from Japan looking for General Manager or Senior Manager for External Operation (SMOE).
Responsibilities:
Strong in Builds and fosters relationships with key political figures, business executives, and community leaders to obtain their support of the community
Manages crisis communication to mitigate negative news events.
in charge of devising and implementing external communications plans that help deliver the organization's strategy.
Supervise the development, management and implementation of external operation with the subordinate staffs.
Manages cultural difference with Foreigners since BPI is a PMA company.
“Never Give-up” mind-set with the spirit to work for the 1st PPP (Public-Prive Partnership) project in Indonesia, which is very giantic and challenging
Requirements:
S-1 Bachelor.
Has experience min 5 years as Manager external Operational
· Senior management Experience in reputable company is a must
Experience and comfort working with racially, culturally and politically diverse groups and individuals
Creative, innovative and can work independent as well as team work
Having good leadership and able to cooperate with other division
· Having good knowledge in project development (technical and commercial)
Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.
Not mind to make frequent business trips
Ready for standby for 24h/7days for urgent issue and communication(email/phone)
