Welding Superintendent vacant at Multinational EPC Oil and Gas Company

Currently our client a multinational EPC company in Oil and Gas industry in Jakarta requires positions as below:
Welding Superintendent (Indonesian)
Work and based location: Jakarta/Cilegon
Responsibilities:
* Support implementation and performance in the Company in accordance with corporate HSE Policy and Quality Objectives
* Make planning time and cost, and control in the workplace to support any activity suitable with responsibility
* Coordinate with Production Superintendent to make an evaluation or provide advanced training to the welder for any welding results are problematic
* Determine and calculate the type of welding wire needs to be used for each project
* Continuously make an evaluation of each outcome welding technology for the development and provision of WPS/PQR more optimum and efficient for production
* Perform corrective action for any deviations/problems that occur in welding work
* To make analysis and evaluation of irregularities/defect and perform welding repairs steps to not happen in the future
* Coordinate with other Department to support any project that is currently running and will run
* To make schedule of implementation welding training according to ongoing project program
* Participate in monitoring the testing of materials when needed
* Conduct inventory of all materialas in yard and identified by a visual check of traceability (certificate) and other supporting documents
* Collaboration with the procurement department requesting clarification with vendors for any deviation specification of materials to purchased
* Review and provide input to joint detail in the design drawing for an effective implementation of the welding process
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering
* Having 8 years experience in Oil and Gas industry, both onshore and offshore projects
