Support in the preparation of tender, including pre and post project tender
Analyze and understand the tender document requirements and subsequently preparing and/or collecting all the administration, technical and commercial documents and other supporting documents to ensure the completeness of tender submission.
Maintain daily tender announcements and follow up with related departments for tender registration.
Manage administrative documents within the project/tender department (delivery slip, letter in, letter out, copy of contracts and submitted tender documents).
Having minimum 1year experience in same fields is an advantages
A good team player
Fluent in English
Fresh Graduate are welcome
