Trada Maritime Tbk is the largest national Floating Storage Oil (FSO) operator, with total capacity over 2 millions barrel and manage almost 20% of national oil cargo.

Trada Maritime operates 15 fleets for International standard companies.

Due to rapid growth activities to support oil & energy industry, Trada Maritime Tbk invites highly qualified professionals to apply for the following position:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(BDM)

Specialized in :

-          Liquid Cargo

-          Drybulk

-          Coal

 

Responsible to support the related departement to collect, identify, analyze and evaluate the feasibility of existing and new project. Produce feasible analytical result  (profit/nonprofit, risk management) from all aspects. Prepare Project Development Plan for existing and new projects, together with the related Divisions.

Requirements:

§   Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering/Marketing with at least 5 years experience in related fields;

§   Strong knowledge about shipping business, project planning and risk management;

§   Understand shipping business either Liquid Cargo, Dry Bulk, or Coal business;

§   Good negotiation skills, good analytical thinking;

§   Computer literate and fluent in English.

CREWING & MANNING MANAGER

(CMM)

 

Responsible for providing, managing and developing all crews as contract requirements inline with sea regulations and also monitoring the crew movement activity so operational activity can run without any resistance.

Requirements:

§  Minimum Bachelor Degree or Institute of Merchant Marine with Marine License ANT II/I, with at least 5 years experience in similar position

§  Strong knowledge about crew management, crew remuneration, crew agreement, MPA, STCW requirement, sea regulation

§  Has interviewing skills and knowledge in payroll process

§  Must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, good work integrity to keep the company needs and objective as priority goal

§  Fluent in English and computer literate

 

OPERATION SUPERVISOR/SUPERINTENDENT/MANAGER

(OPS)

 

Ensure all vessels in smooth operation in order to meet customer satisfaction and control ships operational expenses and manage resources to improve execution and profit position.

Requirements:

§   Graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with Marine License ANT II or Bachelor Degree from any disciplines;

§   Min  3 (three) years experience in operation of shipping/barging company;

§   Posses excellent knowledge in ship operation/crewing & manning and its flow;

§   Able to work as a team in operation of shipping/barging;

§   Fluent in English and computer literate;

§     Proactive, good communication & negotiating skills.

 

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

(Tech Supt)

Responsible for ensuring the vessel is ready in operational condition. Also responsible to optimize technical condition of the vessel operation and authorize to handle ship technical matters, maintenance of the ship and make less downtime of the ship.

Requirements:

1.      Graduate from Bachelor Degree majoring Naval Architect/Marine Engineering or graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with license ATT II/I;

2.      Min 5 years experience as Chief Engineer/2nd engineer in product/chemical tanker;

3.      Or experience in new ship building project and conversion;

4.      Familiar with ISM Code, ISO in oil major inspection, and class matter;

5.      Strong knowledge in ship maintenance and repair;

6.      Computer literate (familiar with Autocad and Microsoft Project) and good in English.

 

PORT ENGINEER

(PE)

Responsible for the operation and supervision of assigned vessels with a focus on assuring continued performance of all onboard equipment and systems.

Requirements:

    Graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with license ATT III/ATT II;

  1. At least 3 years working experience as Port Engineer, Surveyor or Marine Engineer (2nd/3rd Engineer) in shipping company;
  2. Strong knowledge in vessel's machinery and ability to repair tanker/ tug boat & shuttle barge;
  3. Good in English & PC literature.
