HRD SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Min 26 years old
• Majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources field
• Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation
• Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
• Able to monitor employee data, concealing, and all related Personnel and General Affairs matter
• Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
• Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
• Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point)
• Highly motivated, honest and responsible
• Able to work under pressure
