Vacant post : HR Manager

 

Dear All,

Our client is one of the largest corporate & travel agencies located in
West Jakarta is looking for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to handle all the HR
Matters.

Qualifications :

- Preferably female, with maximum age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university. Master degree would be an
advantage
- Having experience in HR area for service industry such as banking and
hotel with around 500 employees
- Excellent understanding in HR activities, eg: Compensation & Benefit,
Recruitment & Promotion, Organization Development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to
work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
- Mature, open minded, highly motivated
- Good track record with previous companies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
