Inspired by our Christian values, World Vision is dedicated to working with the world's most vulnerable people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender.   World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following position:   Knowledge and Performance Management Specialist (code: KPM) Location: Jakarta   Major Rules: Develop and maintain organization knowledge and performance management system that will help to inform strategic decisions; aid in planning, budgeting, and monitoring; respond to marketing efforts and donor relations and assist in organization performance report and other related communications. This position also contributes to plan and monitor organization operational knowledge and performance process improvements and projects to ensure its quality and effectiveness.   Qualifications :     Bachelor degree in Information Management/Management/Industry or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in the Development of Knowledge Management and Performance Management systems.
