 the past few years. We are currently in urgent needs of a Secretary 
 (that would also serve as our receptionist) that possesses the 
 following qualifications:
  
 - Good interpersonal skills
 - Excellent skill in Ms. Word 
 - Good skill in Ms. Access and Ms. 
 Excel
 - Good command in English
  
 The candidate will be responsible for:
  
 - Answering phone calls in English
 - Assisting in formatting audit reports (this will 
 require an excellent skill of Ms. Word)
 - Doing administrative tasks, for example preparing 
 reports to regulators
