 We are a fast growing company that focus on Coal Mining. We are looking for a candidat that suitable for :

 

1. Junior / Senior Foreman

·         Manage projects and work crews. He may work on one job site, or he may travel to various sites and provide supervision to several teams

·         Helps to create an efficient working environment, keeps production costs low and helps maintain employee morale

·         Maintain safe working conditions on a job site

·         Maintaining the quality of work produced by employees

 

2. Junior / Senior Geologist

Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops.
Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data.
Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs.
Lead and monitor a team of Exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling.
Able to use AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation.
Coordinate with Mining Department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings.
Coordinate with Humas Department, regarding marking of land of different owners.
Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey

3. Junior / Senior Mine Planning

To Develop and control mining plans, production and stockpile.
Handle & Develop mine plan Strategies, targets, budgets, and reports.
Good knowledge of mine design, mine planning, and scheduling
Scheduling plans for heavy equipment use, personnel hours, supplies and production.
Ensure safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface operations.
Handle The equipment involved in mining is according to safety regulations and in good working condition.

4. Junior / Senior Surveyor

·         Provide efficient and practical surveying for the control, modelling, mapping, and modelling of the mine

·         Contribute to planning by working with surveyors and engineers to organise and complete field surveys

5. Junior / Senior Logistic

·         Prepare logistics and support plans, deployment timelines and budget requirements for planned or new operations

·         Develop logistical plans for existing operations

·         Develop logistics contingency plans

·         Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective delivery of peacekeeping cargos and personnel

·         Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, finance, humanitarian affairs and other substantive units

General Requirement :

Bachelor / Diploma degree in related field.
Ready to work in a remote area.
Experience of working in the coal field for a minimum of 1 years for junior position and 3 years for senior position.
Analytical thinking, pro-active, Supportive and self motivated
Having strong presentation and communication skills for senior position
Leadership qualities for senior position is a must
Good health and personality, smart and hard worker
