To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are inviting highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position: 
Organizational Development Officer [code: OD]
(Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities: 
Analyze and design organization development system and infrastructure that enhance organization effectiveness.  
Develop training need analysis and conduct various training program to increase employee competencies and productivity.
Requirements:
·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
·         At least three (3) years hands on in Human Resources Development, especially in Organization Development area.
·         Having experience in handling Organization Development such as Organization Design, Job Analysis, Job Grading, Performance Management, Talent Management, Matrix Competency, and Training/TNA,
·         Good know-how in the development of training designs, curriculum, and moduls
·         Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Powerpoint, Excel).
