Position : Integrated Project Specialist

 

Objective

Controls the flow of technical data across one or more project work package fronts (other EPCs, Drilling, Production etc.) and contractor interfaces to ensure a consistent design basis and data set, thereby assuring overall design consistency and integrity in line with the project schedule.

 

Key Accountabilities

•          Ensure that interfaces are formally closed and approved by all parties before the design is frozen.

•          Ensure that interfaces are executed and completed in accordance with project objectives.

•          Monitor, update and record revision and status of interfaces.

•          Maintain and update the interface register.

•          Control the process of interface identification and definition of the technical and execution interfaces.

 

Qualification and Skill required

•          Bachelors or equivalent degree in engineering.

•          10+ years of upstream oil and gas knowledge and professional experience.

•          Strong organizational and technical judgment skills.

•          Demonstrated skills to interface with multiple disparate organizations positively.

•          Strong team player experienced in working with multicultural teams.

•          Strong communication skills, preferably in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

•          Well rounded experience in engineering design, project engineering and project management.
