Director of Sales & Marketing
Objective
To position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Min. 5 years Sales & Marketing experiences in the hotel industry in a similar role.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and good communication skill.
Aptitude to work independently and self-directed with structured reporting abilities.
Proven established contacts with corporate clients and government departments.
Strong relationships in the global wholesale market.
Proactive and results driven.
Ability to work with a team locally and remotely.
Capacity to train, support, mentor and manage a small sales team.
Capability to work with an international sales team network.
Understanding of operational requirements, benchmarks, and yield management.
